All orders are processed within 7–10 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Processing includes order verification, packaging, and preparation for shipment.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
East Coast: 2–3 business days
West Coast: 5–7 business days
Other U.S. locations: Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier.
Local Delivery
We proudly offer local delivery to select areas in and around the Orlando, Florida region.
Local delivery availability is determined at checkout based on your delivery address.
Delivery fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Local delivery orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after your order has been processed.
A tracking link or delivery notification will be sent when your order is out for delivery.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order if necessary.
Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup for customers in the Orlando, Florida area.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Please do not arrive until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
A valid photo ID and your order confirmation may be required at pickup.
Orders should be picked up within 7 days of receiving your pickup notification. If you need additional time, please contact us before the pickup deadline.
The pickup location and pickup instructions will be provided in your pickup confirmation email.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package.
Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated timeframes, shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. L&R Hair & Beauty Supply is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
